The Mobile Tartu Conference is a biennial international conference with a PhD School organised by the Mobility Lab of the University of Tartu since 2008. The Mobile Tartu conference series gathers leading scholars, researchers, and professionals to discuss the latest research and applications in human mobility and mobile big data, such as mobile phone, GPS, social media, and other user-generated data. The conference features keynote speeches, presentations, panel sessions, and vibrant discussions about the conceptual, methodological, and empirical aspects of measuring mobility with the help of mobile big data and understanding related socio-spatial and human-environmental interactions.

The last Mobile Tartu conference and a PhD course were held in June 2024. You can find the programme and the recordings of the keynote presentations and panel discussions here.
