Abstract submission for Mobile Tartu 2024 has concluded! We are very grateful for all of the applicants, this year we received a total of 86 abstracts! 44 abstracts were submitted for the Main conference and 42 were submitted to the PhD School.
We received 8 NECTAR member submissions and 19 submission by EIT Doctoral Training Network members.
During abstract submission, respondents were asked to choose one of the main topics of our conference which best describes their work. All in all, we received:
- Mobility justice and socio-spatial inequalities – 22 abstracts
- Mobile big data analytics to inform climate change adaptation and crises preparedness – 12 abstracts
- Methodological advances, including AI-aided solutions in human mobility research -16 abstract
- Other topics listed on our main page – 36 abstract
And below is a map of countries from where we received abstracts from, the biggest contributor is Finland. 11 abstracts were also excluded from this map, because they didn’t list any affiliations or were affiliated with international organisations.
